If a carrier is unable to provide a satisfactory remedy, customers must contact SpeedyPin within 30 days of the original purchase date to begin an inquiry. We will intervene on your behalf with the carrier to have a phone card or lost minutes promptly replaced, or we will provide you with additional minutes to make up for a defect unresolved by the carrier.
Almost all orders are fulfilled instantly, but we reserve the right to delay fulfillment of any order until we assure ourselves that it has been not been paid for with a stolen credit card or through other fraudulent means.
SpeedyPin's guarantee applies only to your most recent purchase. We will not refund time or money for subsequent purchases or use of the same phone card. If your experience with a particular phone card has proved to be unsatisfactory for a particular country, international cell destination, or otherwise, please do not purchase, recharge or continue to use the phone card.
If the prompt of available minutes is incorrect, do not use the phone card. Please, immediately contact the phone card carrier's customer service for a resolution. Likewise, continued use of a phone card which provides anything other than the rates and/or billing advertised on our website will nullify SpeedyPin's guarantee.
SpeedyPin's guarantee does not include usage with any VoIP product or service.
SpeedyPin's guarantee is limited to the original retail purchase and is non-transferable. Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. All phone card sales are final and nonrefundable.
SpeedyPin's customer support team, per company policy, may file an exchange request. Decisions can take up to 3 to 5 business days and not all exchange requests are accepted.
SpeedyPin's liability will not exceed the original purchase price of a defective phone card. SpeedyPin makes no warranty of its phone cards with respect to incidental, consequential, or other damages.
