These are standard international dialing instructions. Please always check
your card’s specific dialing instructions before attempting to make

Step 1: Dial your phone card’s Access Number
Step 2: When prompted, enter the phone card’s PIN number.
Step 3: Dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number.
