1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are not citizens of the United States. Students must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program at an accredited college or university in the United States. Students must be at least 18 years old. Students must currently have a personal blog or agree to set one up in order to be eligible for participation. It is also true that a purchase will not diminish the chances of winning, nor will a non-purchase increase the chances of winning. Eligibility for this contest requires customers to be opted-in to receive email communication regarding coupons, discounts and product offers from SpeedyPin.com. The creation of a fraudulent account(s) is grounds for immediate disqualification for the current giveaway or contest and all future giveaways or contests.

2. SPONSOR: SpeedyPin.com is the sole Sponsor of this Promotion and is responsible for awarding designated prize(s) to the verified winner(s) of the Promotion.

3. PRIZE(S)/ODDS: UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Prize(s) will only be awarded upon winner validation, verification and winner's strict adherence to all the conditions and requirements contained in these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules. Decisions of judges are final. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s). By accepting a prize, winner(s) release and discharge Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, and all their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from any liability or damage due in whole or in part to the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from participation in this Promotion.

6. RESTRICTIONS: This Promotion is limited to 1,000 entries. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Promotion, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of attempts, including data entered by contestants. 7. NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE(S): The Grand Prize winner will be notified by Sponsor via email and/or telephone within ten (10) days of the draw. After such notification has been transmitted by Sponsor, the Grand Prize winner (if any), shall thereafter have thirty (30) days to respond to Sponsor ("Response"). The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release ("Affidavit/Release"), within thirty (30) days of the winner's Response to Sponsor. Winners will receive their prize within fifteen business days of the date that SpeedyPin.com receives the applicable Affidavit/Release. Said Affidavit/Release must be complete and include winner's social security or resident alien identification number. The information in winner's Affidavit/Release must be correct and must mirror the information provided in winner's entry or winner is disqualified. If winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible because the winner has not complied with these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required within the above time period, or if the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. No unclaimed prizes will be awarded. By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants Sponsor, Sponsor's designee and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical information and written submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless required by law. Every winner, if any, must comply with all of the requirements as stated in these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules including, without limitation, those stated in the "eligibility," "prize/odds," "how to play," "restrictions," "notification and awarding of prizes," and "disqualification/termination" paragraphs. This clause applies regardless of any other cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the loss, damage, cost, claim or expense.
